About the Land DAO Genesis
Land DAO — the first of its kind DAO art commission, bringing established artists to the NFT space for exclusive NFT releases. Land DAO Genesis operates, using a governance model, implemented with tokens, called lands. “Lands” owners can influence management proposals and participate in private DAO conversations.
Some features:

Each minted pass is NFT and can be traded on a marketplace such as OpenSea. Land DAO reserves the right to change prices for minting passes, based on collector feedback etc.
This means collectors who choose not to buy from the ORE store will be able to deposit their ORE for burning and receive ETH in return. The amount of ETH they receive depends on their share of the total ORE deposits. For example, if a collector deposits 10,000 ORE and a total of 100,000 ORE is deposited, he will receive 10% of the available ETH.
