Metroverse — an NFT strategy game for trading on Ethereum. Players strategically harvest and trade city blocks to grow their economy and earn the MET utility token.

About the new nft Metroverse project
A collection of 10,000 unique city blocks makes up the Metroverse on the Ethereum blockchain. Each city block is unique - it is inhabited by residential, commercial, industrial and public buildings and is represented by a non-fungible ERC-721 token.
Players can collect multiple city blocks and build blocks. Each block generates income in the form of MET tokens, the game's own currency. This gives users incentives to acquire strategically and add more blocks to their collection, as MET tokens can be used in the in-game economy to improve their holdings and earn even more MET. Metroverse targets a diverse and passionate cryptocurrency and gaming community that spans all parts of the world and all demographics.
Each city block contains four types of economic zones and all buildings fall into one of them:
| Residential | houses, villas, mansions, residential skyscrapers, etc. |
| Commercial | shops, services, stadiums, etc. |
| Industry | factories, warehouses, production, etc. |
| Public | parks, transportation, government, schools, etc. |
An area score in a city block is calculated, based on the buildings in that area. Buildings have their own scores, based on their rarity, and a zone's scores are simply the sum of the scores of the buildings in that zone. Buildings in the public area simply increase the points in other areas. For example, if the block has a library that is a public building, this increases the residential building score by 6%.
MET token
MET — a native utility token that powers the Metroverse ecosystem, passively generated daily by staking city blocks. It is a standard ERC-20 token on Ethereum, used as an in-game currency.
As a utility token, users will use MET to collect, trade and grow their gaming assets strategically by using various mechanics as the game evolves. As far as Metroverse and its team are concerned, MET's sole purpose - an in-game utility.
Because MET is an in-game utility token, there are no pre-allocated MET stakes. Neither the Metroverse team nor the Treasury own pre-allocated stock. All MET tokens, owned by the team, are earned by staking city blocks like the rest of the community.
