Description of the Mooncatrescue game
The company is embarking on an insanely sweet operation on the moon to save MoonCats from imminent danger and they need your help. You may not know this, but there are currently over four billion MoonCats on the moon. Each is unique in its own way.
To save the MoonCats, Mooncatrescue is going to rescue them from the Moon and bring them to life on the Ethereum blockchain, where they will be safe and live by fulfilling the lives of MoonCat. They have developed a spacecraft with the latest technology that can hold up to 25,600 MoonCats. If you decide to go together, then you have to scan and rescue MoonCats to secure the Ethereum blockchain.
How to start playing?
Before you start rescuing or adopting cats, you need to connect to this site, using Metamask, a Chrome browser extension:
- install the plugin and create an account;
- you need to fund your account with some Eth, which you can purchase directly through MetaMask;
- rescuing a cat costs about $ 0.50 per gas. Metamask will tell you when you need to spend ETH - just click "Submit" to continue or "Decline" if you don't want to;
- after you have connected to this site with your Ethereum account, all you have to do - start searching for MoonCat.
You will be able to decide how many cores you need to allocate for the task. Finding a cat takes from a few seconds to several minutes. The process is very similar to the extraction of Ether. After you have found MoonCat, you will be asked to decide whether to save it or leave it on the moon. If you decide to save it, you will become its new owner and give it to the blockchain. You can put your MoonCat up for adoption or pass on to someone else. You can also name your MoonCat if you like. Unfortunately, the company has no White paper yet. In the next update, the developers want to put it on the platform, as well as start using social networks.
Platform update
Mooncatrescue has added several new and interesting features:

| Name | The cat can be named, but only once. Owners have to decide if they want to name their MoonCat or leave it unnamed. The company believes this creates an interesting dynamic. You can make your mark by being the first and only person to name MoonCat. |
There are over 4 billion unique MoonCats. However, only 25,600 MoonCats can be added to the contract. This combination of mining with procedural generation allows for a unique experience that cannot be predicted before the launch of the contract. Rescuers have the right to choose whether they want certain MoonCats to become part of the contract or not.
