About NAOS Finance
NAOS has established a large network of corporate borrowers and operates with financing licenses in many regions. In trying to link CeFi with DeFi, NAOS takes an ecosystem approach and seeks meaningful strategic partnerships to push the boundaries of decentralized finance.
The team is building a decentralized financial network that:
| 1. | Provides disbursement and financing of loans without traditional intermediaries. |
| 2. | Provides full transparency of the previously opaque risk assessment and loan application process. |
| 3. | Transfers financial value from financial institutions to lenders and borrowers. |
| 4. | Offers the best interest rate on any comparable loan with the same risk profile and conditions. |
| 5. | Transfer custodian ownership of accounts from financial institutions to individuals. |
| 6. | Democratizes irrefutable and immutable loan performance data, held by centralized institutions. |
| 7. | Accelerates the growth of the entire DeFi ecosystem with real-world applications. |
Developers represent an open and transparent loan market, where borrowers can quickly access finance and lenders can freely use capital. The goal - to create an environment that combines the operational knowledge of traditional financial institutions and the technological advantages of DeFi.
The NAOS protocol consists of two sub-protocols. The first is formation. It is a liquidity protocol that enables the nUSD synthetic token to be grown, which is a fungible deposit collateral requirement. The second is Galaxy. It is a lending protocol that mimics the traditional banking process. It allows borrowers to complete loan applications and asset tokenization processes. Lenders can also lend capital to alpha and beta pools.
Tokens in the ecosystem are used for liquidity, marketing, community building, operations, product / technology development and partnerships.
