About PureFi Protocol
PureFi — the only DeFi AML protocol for connecting cryptocurrencies. Developed by AMLBot in partnership with the Hacken Foundation, it aims to provide a full cycle solution for cryptoasset analytics. PureFi, as part of a suite of smart contracts, will link KYC / AML providers with DeFi users and Dex / Defi projects to provide cryptoasset analytics and protect fair DeFi players from dirty money risks. Liquidity pool user will be able to avoid the risk of getting an illegal money trail by using a Verifiable Credentials certificate with their full AML / KYC data.
Moreover, PureFi will not use information from a single KYC / AML data provider. Instead, it will be an open marketplace for trusted vendors, providing machine learning analysis to DeFi market.
The PureFi protocol uses 3 main types of users:
| Liquidity pool users (LP users) | Users, who want to put their coins in the liquidity pool, must prove to the liquidity pool operators that their funds are clean. |
| Liquidity pool operators (LP Operators) | Users who control and manage liquidity pools who want to take liquidity (coins) from LP users, but want to be sure that dirty assets do not end up in their pools. |
| Issuers - users | Focused on cryptocurrency monitoring and can be a trusted party between LP users and LP operators that both will rely on when making decisions under KYC / AML procedures. |
Each certificate contains information about the asset price, AML / KYC and other metadata. The verified credential format allows for a selective disclosure protocol, which allows credential holders to share the minimum amount of data required with validators.
