Rare Apepe YC comes from two important lines in the Web3 and NFT universe: Rare Pepe and Bored Ape Yacht Club.
Rare Labs — a digital art design agency. It was founded by the artist OG from the crypto community Rare Designer. This agency intends to offer design/illustration services for clients, looking for seriousness and commitment to the final product.
Rare Apepes were released to the world on March 5, 2022 through a paid mint at a price of 0.05 ETH. With this method, 1999 rare monkeys appeared in the world.
Faced with uncertainty about the future, several Rare Apepe gathered in a lab to create a serum that could potentially enhance their physical abilities. Test results have been mixed, with some subjects, developing strange features.
Rare Designer — a Venezuelan-born artist, dedicated to drawing from an early age, with 15 years of experience in the field. In 2017, due to a very severe crisis in his country, during a famine, he decided to find ways to use his talent, however, that was until a foreigner decided to offer him an opportunity, but said that the payment would be in bitcoin. With little choice, the young artist accepted the offer, becoming one of the first artists of the Rare Pepe project, calling himself "Pepe Designer". Later, he would be involved in other projects, based on crypto art, becoming a rare designer.
