About the TORUM project
The website says little about this project. The site is not available for mobile devices. However, the developers are planning to launch an app for Android and iOS very soon. It makes more sense to test TORUM via PC.
The Torum ecosystem is powered by XTM, an ERC-20 token. XTM is the native currency of the social media ecosystem. XTM is suitable for all types of transactions, donations and payments.
Features of the platform:
| Firstly | The interface is very similar to Facebook and LinkedIn. TORUM also has clans or communities like Facebook that anyone can create. Various companies can also open their own business accounts. |
| Secondly | To connect to the project, you need your email and phone number. You can only receive rewards from the platform if you have verified your email address and phone number. The phone is verified via WhatsApp. |
| Thirdly | The project is currently in closed beta and can be accessed by invitation only. By joining the platform, you also receive 75 XTM as a reward. |
The social network will be linked to an exchange, called XTORUM. Both platforms will benefit each other. The TORUM user receives an XTORUM account automatically. XTORUM will provide liquidity and value to the XTM token. 40% of the XTM supply will go to users through its mission system. The project plans to control the circulating supply of XTM, using two methods - token depository and redemption-burning.
