Unit domains — a distributed, open and scalable domain name system, based on the Ethereum blockchain. The domain name system allows people to replace long blockchain addresses with short domain names instead of copying or typing long blockchain addresses.

The Unit Domains website allows you to request, register and manage domain names.
The Unit Domains smart contract is based on ENS and modified to support multiple top-level domain names. At the same time, the site also links to ens. Users can view the code on the GitHub website.
Top-level domain names include .cat, .dag, .unit, etc. Users can create subdomain names such as test.cat while continuing to create further subdomains such as a.test.cat, and so on. Domain names between different levels are separated by decimal places.
As with ENS, domain registration requires three steps: request registration, wait a minute and register. Submit a request to the registry to register a domain name. Wait a while to make sure you don't conflict with other people's requests. After completing registration and paying the registration fee and rent, add your registration information to the registration center.
