Kanpeki Finance — an stimulating, personalized fixed rate borrowing and lending platform.

About Kanpeki Finance
Despite the fact that there are many lending platforms today, Kanpeki Finance has an important difference: all interest rates are fixed, unchanged, user-selected, that is, not set by any algorithm, and are not recalculated on an annualized basis. Depositors – i.e. lenders – deposit their tokens into one or more vaults after choosing their desired fixed interest rate. Depending on the activity in the vault they have deposited, they will eventually be able to withdraw or re-deposit that particular interest rate. The more active the vault, the faster interest accrues.
Interest is always paid in full, regardless of when it was repaid. However, for each debt that the borrower repays, the borrower has the right to mint an amount of Kanpeki (KAE) tokens, proportional to the value of their repaid debt and the interest rate on it. Simply put, the higher the interest rate and duration, the higher the KAE reward, even exceeding the cost of interest, paid when choosing higher interest rates and duration.
КАЕ token:
| 1 | KAE — a standard ERC20 token with minting and recording features. |
| 2 | There is no offer limit, which essentially makes it a dynamic offer token. |
| 3 | In terms of burning, 100% of the fees, charged by the platform, help to buy back and burn the token periodically (as well as to ensure its liquidity in the respective markets). |
Kanpeki Finance — not a "money market". Interest rates are not determined by some algorithm that affects the interaction of borrowers and depositors, changing the balance of the contract. Rather, individual borrowers and savers choose their exact interest rates.
More about defi app
KAE is the reason for the existence of Kanpeki, and Kanpeki is an attempt to implement a borrowing and lending system with a fixed interest rate, where borrowing is encouraged. Kanpeki was built from the ground up with incentive loans as its main offering. While many platforms have some sort of "incentives" today, they tend to be fixed, temporary or even removed by some sort of governance process.
