King of Duels permite a los jugadores poseer las cartas que ganan en la cadena de bloques de Hive al completar partidos, crear NFT y comprar paquetes de cartas. Estas cartas se dividen en NFT (se pueden intercambiar) y versiones que no son NFT (se pueden convertir en NFT) que permiten a los jugadores de todo tipo adquirir rápidamente un mazo competitivo capaz de luchar en el juego clasificado sin inundar la economía del juego con cartas baratas.

Al comprar o crear versiones de cartas NFT, los jugadores acumulan DP (puntos de duelo) que representan el valor base de su colección.
