ioTube uses multiple smart contracts on both the source and destination blockchain to enable the transfer of tokens between blockchains. It starts when the user places assets into the cashier's contract on chain A, which is an event, observed by multiple witness nodes. These witnesses verify this event and send a signature to the relay network, which combines all signatures and instructs the validator contract on chain B to mint the same number of proxy tokens, deposited in chain A.
