Investment income is based on rental income from physical assets + capital gains. If you want higher returns, you can always mint more NFTs and hold onto them.
You will have 3 types of return on investment:
- Guaranteed dividend income (Special Edition NFT 1%-25%, Fund NFT 7%, Sumo coin 1%).
- Participation in profits from the sale of assets.
- Selling NFTs on the market (capital gain) or selling back SumoTex (price is pegged to SUMOTEX AUM at the time of fund close).
Special version of NFT, based on the total profit of all funds: Total fund profit (lease + sale) * NFT% (1-25, depending on rarity) / total sold NFT = NFT dividend fund, based on the specific fund's profit. Sumo coin dividends are based on the profits of all funds.
