About the Bloktopia project
It is a skyscraper, consisting of 21 levels. Token holders will be known as Bloktopians. It will act as a central hub and will welcome all levels of crypto experience. Members will be able to earn income through property ownership, advertising revenue, gaming, networking and more.
The Metaverse — a bridge between the physical and virtual worlds in an open source decentralized virtual world. In Bloktopia, buying property is known as Reblok. Block drinkers will be able to purchase real estate after the BLOK (TGE) token giveaway event. Also, in Blocktopia, one of the key earning opportunities for investors is advertising. Bloktopia will work with key brand partners and provide them with a unique opportunity to advertise on Bloktopia. A portion of these advertising fees will come back to Bloktopia token holders.

Blocktopia NFT will sell REBLOK in stages. In the first phase, there are multiple owners of REBLOK NFTs, which are pieces of real estate that make up the virtual stores in Bloktopia. These virtual stores own premium brands, known as tenants, at levels 1 and 6. All REBLOK apartment buildings generate revenue by earning a rental income of 10% of the purchase price per year. Once the first phase of REBLOK NFTs for levels 1 and 6 has been sold, further REBLOK and ADBLOK sales will take place shortly thereafter.
