Everyone starts the game with 2 energies, 2 hearts and a range of 2 tiles. You are placed on the map, depending on the order in which you joined the game. Maps can have obstacles (you can't move to or shoot at a tile) or movement barriers (you can't move to or cross a tile). The beta map does not have any obstacles or barriers to movement other than the map borders. There are barriers to movement on the cauldron map. The game is turn-based in the sense that each blockchain block is a turn. You can either wait and do nothing, or perform an action. Actions include attack, move and upgrade.
More about the gameplay
Select the map to use and the starting positions, associated with the maximum number of players to support. Only the Cauldron card is supported at this stage. More maps will be supported in the future, including classic Battlefield and support for large maps that can accommodate more than 70 players. Confirm the settings are correct and go to "Create Game". A transaction will appear that you will need to approve in order for the game to be created on the blockchain.
