The Red Village — an NFT and MMORPG based multiplayer fighting tournament, powered by the Polygon blockchain.
Description of THE RED VILLAGE
Red Village uses the Polygon (MATIC) network. Polygon is a protocol and framework for building and connecting Ethereum-compatible blockchain networks. It solves the problems of low speed and high transaction fees while maintaining security and usability. The Red Village is a fantasy multiplayer ecosystem that uses NFTs in two different game modes: Tournaments and Darklands.
There are five character classes in RED VILLAGE:

The Red Village ecosystem will have a total of 28,000 purebred champions, belonging to four different bloodlines: Genesis (genotype R1-R3), Mystic (R4-6), Warlord (R7-R9) and Lionheart (R10-12). Using their NFTs, players can fight for honor and glory in famous PvP tournaments in front of an evil queen. Winning players receive real financial rewards or even their opponent's NFT. Those who are brave enough can also team up with other NFT communities to wage war in large-scale faction battles that take place in purpose-built epic arenas, themed for each community.
To get started, you will need MetaMask and Ethereum or Polygon (MATIC) cryptocurrency. MetaMask is a crypto wallet where you can store funds. It is available as a browser extension and mobile app. You will use it to purchase and mint your characters.
To buy (or "mint") NFTs, connect your MetaMask to The Red Village website. A popup should appear in the top right corner of your browser if you're using Chrome, or if you're using the mobile app, use the built-in browser in the MetaMask app. Once you've authenticated your wallet, which may take a few seconds, you're ready to purchase The Red Village Champions.

Fights are scheduled in response to demand. RED VILLAGE will monitor the demand for fights of different classes and schedule accordingly. At this stage, The Red Village will only schedule fights 24 hours in advance, but this may change in the future as the system becomes more complex and player participation patterns become known.
There are many different fighting styles on the platform:
- tournaments;
- death duels;
- free tournaments;
- faction fights.
Each fighting style has its own unique rewards, risks and fighting style. Battlemasters are encouraged to participate in many different types of battles against different champions to expand their knowledge and understanding of the game.
