What is PadSwap?

PADSwap — a decentralized exchange (DEX for short). PADSwap is also multi-chain, currently running on BSC, Moonriver and Moonbeam.

PadSwap - provide liquidity through a convenient exchange

About the PadSwap project

PADSwap does not require storage, which means that, unlike centralized exchanges, you do not need to own your tokens in order to be able to trade them. Instead, PADSwap allows users to swap tokens from their wallet, such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet.

PADSwap uses the so-called Automated Market Maker (AMM) to facilitate trades. At their core, they replace the order book. Buyers and sellers no longer trade with each other, but directly trade their assets with the pool. With PADSwap, users will always have an incentive to provide liquidity. This means that new projects can easily connect to the markets they need with a service that provides them with a DPLP farm.

More about liquidity:

1. Liquidity pools — a place to pool tokens so that users can use them to transact in a decentralized way.
2. These pools are created by users and decentralized applications that want to profit from their use.

Once a user provides liquidity, they will receive PADSwap liquidity provider (LP) tokens, which represent their share of the pooled liquidity for that token pair. If a user contributed $TOAD and $BNB to the pool, they would receive TOAD-BNB LP tokens. These LP tokens represent a proportional share of the pooled assets, which allows the user to return the liquidity, provided to them at any time.

Every time another user uses the pool to trade between $TOAD and $BNB, a transaction fee of 0.3% is charged. 0.25% of this trade is returned to the LP pool. 0.05% is sent to The Vault as index support for $PAD.Pad Swap

Liquidity is always stored in pairs such as TOAD-BNB or PAD-BTC, with each pair, being stored in a separate liquidity pool. For example, when someone exchanges BNB for TOAD, the user's BNB is added to the TOAD-BNB pool, and an equivalent amount of TOAD is taken from the pool and given to the user.

Providing liquidity on PadSwap

Liquidity can be added and removed by any user in the liquidity tab in PadSwap. Since liquidity is always added in pairs, you will need to select two tokens and add them in equal parts (for example, $50 token A and $50 token B). After adding liquidity, you will receive LP tokens, which you can stake in the respective farms. If you want to withdraw your liquidity and exchange it for original tokens at some point, you can do so in the same liquidity tab.
