Description of the fraktion.art project
fraktion.art — an open source protocol that anyone can use to fractionate or chunk an NFT token on Solana. It was built by the Frakt.art team with help from the Metaplex team and is part of the Frakt ecosystem. Fraktionalisation - the division of NFTs into fractions. In short, the protocol locks the NFT in storage and issues tokens, representing parts of the original NFT. These SPL tokens are issued to the owner of the original NFT, so he owns all parts of the original NFT.
Fraktionalisation solves two problems for two types of people:

Fraktion.art has a built-in security mechanism that allows you to fractionalize only NFTs that belong to the original collection. Fractions will be tokens that you would normally keep in your own wallet. This means you can hold onto them and gain access to the price of the original NFT. You can trade them on the OTC market or on Serum DEX, if there are liquidity pools, you can even gift them to friends. If the original NFT is sold, you can exchange it for SOL in the protocol.
In fact, you can even compile a portfolio of factions from various NFTs and gain access to all the projects that interest you. After you buy tokens, representing fractions, you will store them so that they appear in your wallet.
