AtomicAssets has a built-in implementation of two-way trade offers (similar to Steam or WAX Express Trade). This allows you to create and accept offers in one step. The offerings also allow for peer-to-peer marketplaces that do not require the transfer of ownership of the market contract.

Description of the site AtomicAssets
The cost of RAM is fully paid by the decentralized applications that create the assets. Even with the transfer of assets, this remains the same. The maximum an end user will ever have to pay - 112 bytes for their own scope, and even that would probably be extremely rare. It also means that AtomicAssets works completely without pretense.
Other features:
1 | Crypto profit assets can be backed by standard fungible tokens (e.g. EOS / WAX). |
2 | These tokens can only be freed by burning the asset, which allows decentralized applications to impart guaranteed intrinsic value to their asset. |
AtomicAssets uses custom serialization, which significantly reduces RAM costs, compared to traditional methods (like JSON strings).
Resources can have templates in which the data itself can be stored. This allows similar assets grouping together and means you can save RAM by eliminating the need to store the same data for each asset separately.
