Champions Ascension is a new blockchain role-playing game that will be giving away free in-game items to Amazon Prime subscribers. Participants will receive 100 in-game gold coins and a box of monster parts. Inside these boxes, players can find enough parts to create their own character to play the Maestro Towers mode.

Unlike the main game characters, which were originally minted on Ethereum and later transferred to Polygon, the items available through Amazon Prime are not tokenized NFTs. They are purely in-game digital items.

The same approach has been taken by other Web3 games, such as Gods Unchained and NFL Rivals, that have received gifts from Prime Gaming. New Champions Ascension in-game items will be distributed through Amazon Prime Gaming every two weeks during the 12-week promotion. Players will be able to get resources such as essence, dice, and extra boxes of monster parts.

Amazon Prime subscribers not only have access to in-game content for NFT games like Mojo Melee and Brawlers, but also major "web2" games like League of Legends, Roblox, Madden NFL 24 and Cyberpunk 2077. Champions Ascension is currently in alpha testing and plans to release on Windows PC via Steam without NFT integration due to blockchain restrictions
