Bybit has made headlines once again by setting a new Guinness World Record during its World Series of Trading (WSOT) 2025 event. This remarkable achievement highlights the growing popularity of cryptocurrency trading competitions, and the material points to an encouraging trend: the platform's commitment to fostering community engagement.

Record-Breaking Participation in WSOT 2025

On August 27, 2025, the WSOT 2025 attracted an unprecedented 71,765 unique active participants within a 24-hour period, marking it as the largest online trading competition ever recorded. The event boasted a staggering $10 million prize pool, which incentivized traders from around the globe to compete fiercely, resulting in a total trading volume of $1.728 billion across 1,474 squads.

Bybit's Commitment to Social Responsibility

In addition to the competitive aspect, Bybit demonstrated its dedication to social responsibility by pledging $300,000 to the Bybit Rising Fund, aimed at enhancing blockchain education. This initiative seeks to empower local communities and promote knowledge sharing in the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency, ensuring that the benefits of blockchain technology are accessible to all.
