From August 4 to 18, 0G Tech announced important updates that have strengthened the network and improved its resilience.
Web Platform Updates
As part of the updates, brand renewal efforts were made. 0G Hub and StorageScan Galileo have been redesigned to create a consistent brand identity. Alignment Node owners can complete the KYC process through the 0G Foundation using the Blockpass service, and it is recommended to finalize this process by the end of August.
AI and Compute Network
A new version of the Compute Network CLI (v0.3) has been released, featuring a startup dashboard, improved contract performance, optimized query operations, and refined refund mechanisms.
Network and Infrastructure Development
A successful hardfork has been completed on the testnet, and oracle services and reward distribution contracts are actively being tested. The validator node update included Shared Staking, a Basic Inflation Mechanism, and overall performance improvements. Further enhancements to the compute network functionality are expected to support custom models, and the DA node structure is being redesigned for increased reliability.
