Development of AI Glasses Market in Asia

Snap Incorporated, known for its futuristic eyewear, and Meta, one of the biggest metaverse investors, are preparing to launch AI glasses soon. Although details are kept under wraps, the products are expected to debut within weeks. In Asia, products like Xiaomi-affiliated Superhexa and Solos' AirGo glasses are already available, providing functionalities Meta and Snap aim for.

Global Tech Giants' Plans

Meta is expected to unveil their Orion glasses at the Connect Conference on September 25 and 26. The conference website features Mark Zuckerberg in Ray-Ban shades with the caption: “Join Mark Zuckerberg as he shares Meta’s vision for AI and the metaverse, including Meta’s newest product announcements.” This hints at the launch of Orion glasses. Snap may outpace Meta by launching its fifth-generation glasses at the Snap Partner Summit on September 17.

The technology race is quickly bringing futuristic concepts to life, with AI-powered glasses being the latest iteration, promising new opportunities for users.
