The recent announcement by SingularityNET has set the stage for the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI) token merger, a move that will integrate fetch.ai (FET), AGIX, and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) communities. The consolidation to form a unified decentralized artificial intelligence (AI) network will kick off on June 11. As part of this process, the FET token will be rebranded into ASI with the transition scheduled for completion on June 13.

Token merger specifics:

Token holders of FET, AGIX, and OCEAN will undergo a conversion process where their tokens will be swapped for ASI tokens based on predefined conversion rates. FET tokens will convert at a 1:1 ratio, AGIX at 1:0.433350, and OCEAN at 1:0.433226.

Starting June 11, ERC-20 tokens will be made available for users to switch FET for ASI using a token migration contract, followed by AGIX and OCEAN token exchanges on June 13.

SingularityNET's decentralized AI platform will host the migration process, ensuring secure token swaps through an audited migration contract. The ASI merger aims to establish the most expansive open-source decentralized AI network, accommodating a vast community of over 200,000 holders.
