Analyst and trader Kevin Svenson has recently provided insights into the current trajectory of Bitcoin (BTC), indicating that the cryptocurrency is displaying positive signs following a substantial surge in value in the previous month. According to Svenson, Bitcoin is poised for a significant breakout in the near future.

Trend Analysis

In a recent video update for his YouTube followers, Svenson highlighted that Bitcoin is currently riding a parabolic uptrend and is on the verge of a 'Blue Sky Breakout,' a term denoting when an asset exceeds all its prior historical price movements and ventures into uncharted price discovery territory.

The analyst pointed out the exponential growth in Bitcoin's price, suggesting a potential surge of about 26% with a target price of $90,000. Nevertheless, Svenson cautioned that the steepness of the parabolic trend indicates an impending correction, although there remains room for substantial gains prior to this adjustment.

Projection Towards $90,000

Based on historical patterns, Svenson projected that Bitcoin could hit $90,000 within an estimated two-month timeframe. While acknowledging September's historical volatility for Bitcoin and the stock market, which might trigger a retracement, the analyst remained optimistic, anticipating a strong recovery in October, leading to a period of horizontal consolidation before another upward trajectory into the new year.

Svenson clarified that the $90,000 target is not the peak of the current cycle but rather a trend projection derived from the ongoing weekly trend. He suggested that this parabolic uptrend could continue to unfold as part of Bitcoin's ongoing market cycle until 2025.

At the time of Svenson's assessment, BTC was priced around $71,000, reflecting a 12% increase in the past month. This upward momentum aligns with his forecast of further substantial growth, hinting at a notable upsurge in the cryptocurrency's value in the coming period.
