Apogee Enterprises has announced its fiscal 2025 Q3 results, showing varied performance across its business segments.

Quarterly Financial Summary

Apogee Enterprises recorded net sales of $341 million, marking a 0.5% increase from the previous year, driven primarily by the acquisition of UW Solutions, which contributed $8.8 million in sales.

Challenges and Achievements

Despite increased sales, Apogee faced challenges with a decline in operating income to $28.6 million, a drop of 24% from the previous year. The operating margin also decreased from 11.1% to 8.4%. The diluted earnings per share stood at $0.96, down from $1.23 in the previous year, but the adjusted diluted EPS was reported at $1.19, slightly surpassing last year's adjusted figure of $1.23.

Full-Year Outlook

Looking ahead, Apogee Enterprises forecasts a full-year net sales decline of about 5%, considering a $30 million contribution from the UW Solutions acquisition and lower-than-expected Q4 volume.

Apogee's Q3 results were mixed, with some areas outperforming expectations while others, such as profitability, underperformed. Going forward, the company remains focused on cost reduction and product line optimization.
