SingularityNET, known as AGIX, has disclosed the schedule for the upcoming Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI) token merger. This merger aims to bring together the communities of fetch.ai (FET), AGIX, and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN).

The merging process is set to begin on June 11 and conclude on June 13, with the FET token undergoing a renaming to ASI. The new ASI token is designed to operate within the integrated decentralized AI network, offering unparalleled scale and capability.

The migration process will take place on SingularityNET's decentralized AI platform, enabling users to securely exchange their tokens utilizing a verified token migration contract. The primary objective is to establish the most extensive open-source decentralized AI network, catering to a vast community of over 200,000 token holders.

Conversion for ERC-20 tokens will kick off on June 11, permitting users to swap FET for ASI through a dedicated token migration contract. Subsequently, conversions for AGIX and OCEAN tokens will follow suit on June 13.

SingularityNET highlighted the specific conversion rates for the tokens, with FET tokens being converted at a 1:1 ratio, AGIX at 1:0.433350, and OCEAN at 1:0.433226. The project also pledged to release comprehensive guidelines on ERC-20 token migration and further details concerning the migration process for AGIX holders on Cardano in the upcoming days.
