Atleta Network welcomes users with a successful launch of its mainnet and the announcement of an upcoming token generation event (TGE) and listing on MEXC. The platform encompasses a wide range of functions for the sports industry within Web3.
Launch of Atleta Network's Mainnet
At the end of July, Atleta Network successfully launched its mainnet. Since the launch, the network has shown stable performance, including over one million active users and 24 million transactions completed. The network's throughput reaches 80 transactions per second due to its modular architecture and the NPoS (Nominated Proof-of-Stake) consensus algorithm.
Functionality and Features of the Platform
Atleta Network was built using Polkadot SDK, Substrate, and Rust, making it a modular, EVM-compatible platform that offers native cross-chain interoperability. Key products of the network include:
* Decentralized Exchange for swapping ATLA and major assets like ETH. * Native wallet for secure storage of ATLA and asset management. * Atleta Explorer for full on-chain transparency and asset tracking. * NFT Marketplace for trading sports-linked RWAs. * Bridge for transferring smart contracts and tokens between Atleta and other chains like Ethereum and Polkadot.
Upcoming Token Generation and Listing Events
The scheduled Token Generation Event (TGE) on August 17, 2025 will allow users to acquire ATLA tokens that will be available on the MEXC exchange. ATLA will be used for gas fees, governance participation, and staking. A total supply of 3 billion ATLA tokens will be released, with 5.40% allocated to be released in the TGE. A portion of tokens will be distributed among testnet participants based on their activity on the platform.
Atleta Network demonstrates great potential to transform the sports industry through the adoption of Web3 technologies. With the successful launch of its mainnet and upcoming tokenization events, the platform is on track to become a significant player in this field.
