Traders noted issues with the platform and reached out to Binance. The exchange confirmed the temporary unavailability of futures trading, stating that the team was working to resolve the problem. "We’re aware of an issue affecting Futures UM trading on Binance," the exchange mentioned.
Binance's Announcement of Reestablished Operations
At 7:00 AM UTC, Binance announced the resumption of all futures operations and that all features of the platform were functioning. The futures trading related to the Unified Margin (UM) product was the only one affected. Spot, perpetual, and other trading functions were operational.
Despite the temporary technical setbacks, Binance was able to quickly restore its trading platform for users.
