Binance, one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, announced the delisting of five spot trading pairs as part of its regular market review process.
Reasons for Delisting Spot Trading Pairs
The decision was made effective from 06:00 on August 30, 2024, as the platform aims to maintain a high-quality trading environment by addressing issues such as poor liquidity and low trading volume.
List of Pairs to be Delisted
The following spot trading pairs will be delisted: - ALCX/BTC - BCH/TUSD - CHZ/BRL - ETHFI/BNB - OMNI/BRL
Impact of Delisting on Users
Despite the delisting of these pairs, users will still be able to trade the relevant assets via other available trading pairs on Binance Spot. The delisting will not impact the availability of the underlying tokens. In addition, Binance will also terminate Spot Trading Bots services for the affected pairs at the same time. Users using these services are strongly advised to update or cancel before terminating Spot Trading Bots to avoid any potential losses.
Binance's periodic reviews and adjustments are part of its ongoing efforts to improve the trading experience and ensure users have access to a dynamic and efficient market.
