Mar 28, 2024

BitBrawl, a platform-fighter game on the Solana blockchain, has teamed up with Animoca Brands to enhance the gaming experience. This partnership comes at a time when non-fungible tokens and metaverse gaming are gaining renewed popularity.

According to a blog post on March 28, BitBrawl is excited about collaborating with Animoca Brands to offer a more seamless and exciting gaming experience, marking a resurgence in blockchain gaming.

Overview of BitBrawl

Launched in 2023, BitBrawl combines competitive gaming with non-fungible token collections on the Solana blockchain. The platform offers players a unique fighting game experience, allowing them to battle using characters from various NFT projects, including DeGods, Mutant Ape Yacht Club, Azuki, Pudgy Penguin, Mad Lads, and more.

Players can use their digital collectibles as playable characters, enhancing personalization and depth in the gaming experience. The game is available on PC, iOS, Android, Steam, and Epic Store, providing a wide range of platforms for a seamless gaming experience.

BitBrawl joins other platforms like Nifty League and Wreck League in Web3 that allow players to use NFTs as playable characters. The platform also has its native token, $BRAWL, enabling gamers to buy characters, skins, and other cosmetic items in the game.

BitBrawl and Animoca Brands Collaboration

BitBrawl has gained significant attention from players and institutions since its launch. The platform has secured funding from top venture capital firms like Morningstar Ventures, Shima Capital, BigBrain Holdings, and SL2 Capital.

Collaborating with over 100 NFT projects on Solana and Ethereum, BitBrawl allows NFTs from these platforms to be used in the game. By partnering with Animoca Brands, a major player in the industry with over 500 portfolio companies, BitBrawl aims to leverage their gaming capabilities to achieve new heights in the gaming world.
