Crypto exchange Bybit has announced the launch of its Bybit.eu platform for users in the European Economic Area. This event comes after the acquisition of a MiCA license, allowing the exchange to provide services in compliance with European regulations.

Bybit, the second-largest crypto exchange by trading volume, has officially launched Bybit.eu for its over 450 million users within the EEA. Users can now access all exchange services seamlessly.
MiCA License and Its Significance
Just over a month ago, Bybit EU GmbH, the company under which Bybit.eu will operate, received a MiCA-compliant license from Austria’s FMA. Thanks to MiCA’s passporting principle, Bybit EU GmbH can legally provide its services in 29 EEA countries.
Development Plans in Europe
Bybit plans to expand its physical presence with regional offices across Spain, France, Germany, and Italy. Bybit.eu is designed to meet the needs of users in the region and complies with all MiCA requirements.
