The funding for this transaction was sourced from recent capital raises totaling €12.4 million, which included €8.7 million from Peak Hodl Ltd and €5 million from TOBAM BITCOIN ALPHA FUND.

These acquisitions are part of Capital B's positioning as Europe’s first Bitcoin Treasury Company, aiming to increase the number of BTC per fully diluted share over time. As of now, the company's net asset value (NAV) in BTC exceeds €217 million.
