Nightpaper and NIGHT Token Details
The Nightpaper reveals an update along with the debut of the NIGHT token. The token is a component within Midnight’s platform built on Cardano’s native asset and will function as a governance tool.
Cardano Community Reaction to Nightpaper
The release of the Nightpaper has been met with optimism across the Cardano community. Philip DiSarro, CEO of Anastasia Labs, suggested that the NIGHT token could attract more users than any dApp previously deployed on Cardano.
Midnight's Future Plans
Nightpaper also details Midnight's future plans. The project commenced its Devnet phase in November 2023 and plans to move to Testnet before launching its Mainnet. Over 100 developers, known as 'Midnight Pioneers', are actively creating privacy applications during the Devnet phase.
Midnight, with NIGHT and DUST tokens, aims to create a safe and efficient platform meeting user privacy requirements.
