Coinbase continues to expand in the meme token market by adding Gigachad (GIGA) and Turbo (TURBO) to its roadmap, following the rapid listing of Moodeng (MOODENG) and Mog Coin (MOG).

Coinbase Roadmap Expansion

Coinbase Assets has detailed plans to list Solana-based Gigachad (GIGA) and Turbo (TURBO) after including them in its roadmap. GIGA is known for its decentralization, with minimal whale influence. Turbo, launched in May 2023, is the first AI narrative token relying on a wide social media community.

Coinbase Focuses on Mid-Tier Tokens

With market capitalizations between $500M and $600M, GIGA and TURBO are gaining visibility through listings without major competitive changes. GIGA will be listed in its Solana form, with 54,022 holders. TURBO is an Ethereum token with 44,429 holders.

Impact of New Listings

Coinbase listings bolster meme narratives but don't create a significant impact for already known tokens. GIGA and TURBO show increased decentralized activity post-announcement. GIGA remains reliant on Raydium, and Turbo had a minor rally to $0.009 from $0.0075.

The addition of Gigachad and Turbo to Coinbase sustains market interest in meme tokens, although their long-term impact on cryptocurrency value remains uncertain.
