Companies hold over 791,662 BTC, accounting for approximately 3.98% of total supply, and 1.3 million ETH, representing 1.09% of the supply of Ether. These figures highlight the increasing significance of cryptocurrencies as store-of-value assets.
Prospects for Ethereum and corporate holders
The analysis indicates that the current acquisition of Ethereum by corporates may signal its rising status as a new class of asset. According to analysts, corporate buyers of Ethereum could eventually own up to 10% of the total ETH supply.
