Role and Responsibilities
CoW DAO is looking for a data-driven growth marketer who can extend channel reach through thoughtful paid and organic acquisition strategies. Responsibilities include creating growth strategies, developing testing plans, managing the master marketing attribution plan, collaborating with engineering and data teams to set up and maintain performance dashboards, and regularly presenting improvement recommendations based on data insights.
Requirements and Conditions
The candidate should be an expert in growth and performance marketing, with a proven track record of effective marketing campaigns, familiarity with attribution tools, and the ability to interpret complex data. The candidate should also be entrepreneurial, focused, collaborative, resilient, creative, and passionate about cryptocurrency and building a decentralized financial future.
