Cube Entertainment reportedly invested 100 million won in Nestree Media Group in March 2022. This investment contributed to a significant increase in the cryptocurrency's value before it began to decline.

The value of the Nestree token plummeted, causing dissatisfaction among investors who demanded their investments be returned. However, Kang Seung-gon denied making any guarantees about the token's appreciation.
