Technology company DTEC, which combines artificial intelligence and blockchain in the automotive industry, has announced the expansion of its collaboration with Mercedes-Benz and the implementation of new solutions in retail.
Strengthening Position in the Automotive Industry
DTEC is implementing its technology with the aid of an advanced AI assistant that recognizes drivers, learns their habits, and anticipates their needs. The system supports 22 languages and allows interaction with vehicle hardware and connected smart devices through a single voice-operated platform. The technology is already in use within Mercedes-Benz vehicles and is being adapted for Hyundai’s prototype projects, while technical discussions with Renault and Ford continue.
Secure Blockchain Ecosystem
Through its DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network) model, DTEC verifies user data from vehicles on the blockchain and rewards contributing users with the $DTEC utility token, which is available on Bitget, Gate.io, MEXC, and SafeBit exchanges.
Expanding Beyond Automotive
DTEC’s AI assistant system has become available for e-commerce websites via the Shopify Store, enabling online retailers to offer their customers voice-activated product search, cart creation, and purchase completion. In collaboration with Genesys, DTEC is developing tailored solutions for brands with high-volume customer communication needs, extending its reach to other industries, including aviation.
DTEC is taking a proactive stance on the international stage, bridging automation in both automotive and e-commerce sectors. Future plans include launching pilot projects in new areas such as logistics and customer service terminals, with a global showcase planned for CES in 2026.
