Aid Eligibility
To qualify for this aid, users must be Vietnamese KYC3/KYB verified and have conducted transactions between August 1 and September 12, 2024. The aid will be delivered as compensation credit vouchers, which can be exchanged 1:1 for KCS tokens within 30 days via the KuCoin app under 'My Coupons.'
Funds Distribution
The funds will be distributed to users across 25 severely affected cities in Vietnam, including Ha Giang, Cao Bang, and Hanoi. The initiative will start on September 18, with eligible users receiving the funds gradually through KuCoin's backend systems.
KuCoin's support highlights its commitment to global aid, offering substantial assistance to those impacted by natural disasters, helping them to recover and rebuild their lives.
