AI Talent Market
Recent efforts by Meta to attract talent have sparked discussions within the industry. While some OpenAI employees have found Meta’s offers attractive, others have expressed doubts and preferred the stability and established culture at OpenAI.
By strengthening its AI development team, Meta aims to accelerate its research efforts and remain competitive against giants like OpenAI and Google.
