Maria Francesca Montes Del Rosario, Undersecretary at the Department of Budget and Management, confirmed the launch through a Facebook post, stating that the government's transparency initiative using blockchain is now live.

At the launch event, Del Rosario highlighted that the integration of blockchain technology into public governance aims to combat document forgery. "We are using cutting-edge technology like AI, blockchain, and satellite imaging to enhance how we do public policy and governance," she said.
