Labib suggested an unconventional but interesting idea to address these issues by utilizing Shiba Inu as a solution for Ethereum.

The Ethereum network recently underwent a significant technological advancement with the Dencun upgrade, aiming to reduce transaction fees through layer 2 solutions. Additional enhancements, such as incorporating blobs and utilizing cryptographic tools like the KZG commitment scheme, have improved Ethereum's scalability and security against potential threats. Updates like EIP-4788 and EIP-6780 have further strengthened the network's defenses and smart contract functionality, minimizing risks for decentralized applications operating within the Ethereum ecosystem.

As Ethereum's layer 2 networks experience increased activity and value, questions arise regarding the overshadowing of the main Ethereum network by layer 2 solutions. However, proponents argue that the Dencun upgrade enriches Ethereum's layer 1 blockchain, solidifying its position as the primary settlement layer within the ecosystem. This scalability boost positions Ethereum to reclaim dominance over other layer 1 blockchains, recapturing lost market share due to scalability issues in the past. With the emergence of layer 2 and layer 3 solutions, developers now have efficient tools for executing transactions within the Ethereum network without the need to rely on other blockchains.

Moreover, the recent reduction in the distribution of Lido's staked ETH addresses concerns regarding network concentration, potentially assisting Ethereum in avoiding classification as a security by the U.S. SEC. This classification issue has been a hot topic of debate within the crypto community.
