Queens Park Rangers has announced a partnership with TokenFi, opening new horizons for fan engagement through asset tokenization.
Partnership Between QPR and TokenFi
On July 29, 2025, Queens Park Rangers and TokenFi announced a multi-year sponsorship agreement, with TokenFi becoming the club's official partner and training kit sleeve sponsor. The TokenFi logo will appear on training gear and around Loftus Road Stadium.
Tokenization of Club Assets
As part of the collaboration, QPR and TokenFi will explore fan engagement models that could allow supporters to own tokenized club assets. This may include exclusive merchandise and historical memorabilia, giving fans digital stakes in club ownership.
Future Integration with Other Projects
While specifics of future plans remain under wraps, the partnership leaves room for integration with projects like Floki and Valhalla. Floki could play a role in fan rewards programs, while Valhalla may introduce new forms of gamification for supporters.
The significant challenge now lies in the successful execution of this concept, as many previous crypto deals in sports have struggled to achieve lasting success.
