Data from Farside Investors revealed that on March 27, the ARK Invest’s Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) experienced a significant surge, reaching $43.9 million, four times its daily average since its launch on January 11. The ARK 21Shares’ spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) also witnessed a remarkable increase in inflows, totaling $200.7 million on Wednesday, nearly five times its daily average.

On March 26, ARK Invest recorded three times more inflows compared to the previous day, marking $73.6 million in total inflows. Concurrently, there were influxes of $5 million into the Valkyrie Bitcoin ETF (BRRR), $4.8 million into the Invesco Galaxy Bitcoin ETF (BTCO), $4 million into the Franklin Bitcoin ETF (EZBC), and $1.9 million into the VanEck Bitcoin ETF (HODL).

In contrast, the WisdomTree Bitcoin ETF (BTCW) and Fidelity Investments Bitcoin ETF (FBTC) reported lower inflows at $1.5 million each. Despite these numbers, BlackRock remains dominant in the market with an inflow of $323.8 million on Wednesday.

Bitcoin initially surged past $71,670 but later dropped below the $69,000 support level, ultimately closing at $69,698. At the time of reporting, Bitcoin's price stands at $70,806 as per CoinMarketCap data.

The response to these trends varied among enthusiasts: Crypto researcher Gumshoe criticized investors' fixation on short-term price movements over the macro picture of fund inflows. Bitwise chief investment officer Matt Hougan highlighted the challenges for professional investors, particularly in regions like the UK, where regulatory sentiments towards crypto remain negative.

In a separate analysis, Bitcoin Munger emphasized the potential impact of $13 billion inflows on the cryptocurrency's price, suggesting a significant price surge. The influx of $13.2 billion in new capital into investment products, including spot Bitcoin ETFs, so far this year indicates significant interest in the market.
