The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has presented its initial remedies brief, proposed judgment, and various exhibits in the ongoing Ripple case. The SEC is seeking a penalty exceeding $1.95 billion from Ripple for its violations of securities laws. To meet this penalty, Ripple might have to liquidate more than 3.12 billion XRP tokens.
