Developer WEMADE has announced significant success for its new MMORPG, ROM: Golden Age, which has surpassed over 3 million pre-registrations.
Pre-Registration Success
According to WEMADE (CEO: Kwan-ho Park), the game ROM: Golden Age, developed by RedLab Games (CEO: Shin Hyun-keun), has achieved over 3 million pre-registrations.
CRYSTAL Token Early Access Event
RedLab Games recently held the 'CRYSTAL Token Early Access' event from July 22 to 28, during which all 30,000 available CRYSTAL tokens were fully claimed. CRYSTAL tokens are the core in-game tokens used for item crafting, equipment awakening, and various activities within ROM: Golden Age.
Game Launch and Airdrop
A daily airdrop event is currently being held on the official Discord channel through August 12. Each day, a quiz related to the game is posted, and 10 users who submit correct answers in the comments are randomly selected to receive 10 CRYSTAL tokens each. The game is scheduled for global launch on August 12 in over 170 countries (excluding certain regions including Korea, China, and Singapore).
The ROM: Golden Age project has attracted a large player base and demonstrates promising potential for blockchain technology integration in classic MMORPGs.
