Ryan Horn, a former Binance dealmaker, has joined Hilbert Group, a Sweden-based digital asset manager, to assist in the development of Syntetika, a platform for tokenized assets.
Ryan Horn Joins Hilbert Group
Ryan Horn has become a member of the advisory board of Hilbert Group, a publicly listed digital asset manager in Sweden. Horn previously worked at Binance, where he secured high-profile partnerships, including a deal with football star Cristiano Ronaldo.
Syntetika Platform and Its Features
Syntetika, currently in development, will issue and trade tokenized funds under regulatory oversight. The platform will integrate Galactica’s zero-knowledge system to verify users without disclosing personal information, providing investors with tokenized access to Hilbert Group’s investment strategies.
Trends in Traditional Asset Tokenization
Regulatory clarity in the United States and Europe is prompting traditional finance firms to move into Web3 through tokenization. In July, Goldman Sachs and BNY Mellon announced plans to offer institutional clients tokenized money market funds with blockchain-based ownership tracking.
Ryan Horn's joining Hilbert Group and the development of the Syntetika platform highlight the growing interest in asset tokenization and the transition of the traditional financial sector into the digital realm.
