Shibarium, the layer-2 blockchain solution for Shiba Inu, has reached a new pinnacle by surpassing 700 million transactions on Christmas Eve.

Shibarium’s Transaction Growth

According to Shibariumscan, the total number of transactions now stands at 702,299,255 with an average daily transaction count of 4.51 million. These figures come from the 2,021,932 wallet addresses on the network. Launched in August 2023, the platform quickly gained momentum due to significant community engagement and enhancements, including integration with wallets like Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, and MetaMask.

Analysts' Outlook on SHIB Momentum

The milestone in transaction numbers coincides with a price uptick for Shiba Inu. Currently, SHIB is trading at $0.00002305, up by 3.52% over 24 hours. Market volume has increased by 15.78% to $707.72 million. Analysts believe maintaining the current momentum could lead to a substantial rally for SHIB, despite the burning of over seven million SHIB to manage supply.

Shibarium not only showcases record growth in transactions but also strengthens SHIB's market position. The platform continues to draw attention with its performance and updates.
