Succinct has announced the launch of the Succinct Prover Network mainnet, providing decentralized infrastructure for requesting and verifying ZK proofs.
Key Features of Succinct Prover Network
Succinct Prover Network offers decentralized infrastructure for requesting and verifying zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs. The launch includes the activation of the PROVE token, which provides the economic foundation for paying provers and securing the network.
Support for Leading Protocols
The network already supports over 35 protocols, processes proofs from 1,700 unique programs, and has secured over $4 billion in value. More than five million proofs have been fulfilled to date for protocols such as Polygon, Mantle, Celestia, and Lido.
Succinct's Place in Future Crypto Infrastructure
The CEO of Succinct Labs emphasized the importance of this technology for the future application of cryptocurrencies on the internet. Uma Roy noted that with the mainnet live, Succinct is prepared to support the next generation of applications that require verifiable computation.
The launch of the Succinct Prover Network mainnet marks an important step in expanding access to ZK proofs, providing developers with the tools to create effective and secure applications.
