What Is SuiRL?
SuiRL, or Sui Real Life, was a unique event for Sui builders to connect with content creators. The event took place from August 25 to 27 in Bali, allowing attendees to share updates and accelerate the Sui ecosystem development.
Day 1: Creative Kickoff
The first day started with presentations from the Sui team, including founders Adeniyi Abiodun and Kostas Chalkias. They discussed the future of Sui and its potential developments. An informal Q&A session followed, where participants could ask questions to the leadership team. In the afternoon, project presentations from the Sui ecosystem, such as Bluefin and DoubleUp, were held.
Day 2: Continuing Collaboration
The second day featured more presentations, including insights from Rebecca Simmonds of Walrus, who introduced new features and plans for her project. Participants engaged in small group discussions to share ideas and collaboration opportunities. The event concluded with a closing dinner and party, gathering creators from around the world.
